Job summary

Bank of America, GWIM Credit, seeks a CRE Lending Executive to lead funded loan growth and revenue while managing risk. You will work across Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, Portfolio Management, and Servicing to structure complex CRE deals and educate partners on policy and risk appetite.

You will evaluate market opportunities, monitor asset quality, and promote consistent execution with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRE lending/underwriting experience.
• Experience evaluating and approving complex CRE transactions.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow analysis, valuation, sponsor and market assessment.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and Risk.
• Ability to influence across Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, Portfolio Management, Operations, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of funded loans and revenue while mitigating risks and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deepen relationships with market leadership, Advisors, and clients, building credibility.
• Educate partners and Advisors on platform capabilities and risk appetite to increase engagement.
• Partner with Product and Underwriting leadership on policy, process, product, and training improvements.
• Monitor asset quality and communicate actionable insights across markets and segments.
• Serve as CRE credit resource, providing structuring and issue resolution with a consistent client experience.
