Job summary

Bank of America in Chicago is seeking a CRE Lending Executive to grow funded loans and revenue for ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will assess complex CRE opportunities, structure credit solutions, and partner with Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, and Portfolio Management to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will evaluate sponsor strength, collateral, market conditions, and cash flow, guiding terms and mitigants while maintaining strict risk standards across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years CRE lending, underwriting, or related credit experience.
• Experience evaluating and approving complex CRE transactions.
• Strong knowledge of cash-flow analysis, valuation, loan structuring.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to influence across Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, Portfolio Management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads growth of funded loans and revenue while mitigating risks and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Develops, deepens, and sustains relationships with market leadership, Advisors, and clients.
• Educates partners on platform capabilities and risk appetite to increase engagement.
• Partners with Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, Operations, and Portfolio Management for seamless client experience.
• Evaluates complex CRE transactions across sponsor strength, collateral, market, cash flow and structure; recommends terms.
