Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a CRE Lending Executive to develop new credit relations with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, drive funded loan growth and profitability. You will partner with Advisors, Underwriting, Risk, and Product to deliver structured credit solutions and maintain portfolio health across markets.

The role requires deep CRE knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication with senior leadership to guide risk decisions and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRE lending, underwriting or related commercial credit experience.
• Experience evaluating and approving complex CRE transactions across property types.
• Strong skills in property cash-flow analysis, valuation, sponsor/market assessment, loan structuring.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication for senior leadership and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Grow funded loans and revenue while managing risk and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and sustain relationships with market leadership, Advisors and clients.
• Deliver competitive deal structuring and act as primary contact for credit clients.
• Educate partners and Advisors on platform capabilities and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Monitor asset quality and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
