Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis with CRE investment or brokerage preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to synthesize market data into strategic recommendations.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork and time management.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Create investment sales offering packages with market research and financial modeling.
• Develop financial models for real estate assets.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate marketing campaigns and closing activities.
• Maintain communication with Producers, market participants, and clients.
• Analyze marketing feedback to optimize disposition strategies and pricing.
• Review real estate documentation to identify factors affecting valuation.
