Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a dynamic Analyst to join the Investment Sales Advisory Team in Denver. You will conduct market research, build financial models and underwrite industrial real estate transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, from proposals to closing.

You will prepare client materials, collaborate with the Capital Markets team, and stay current on market trends and regulations, delivering strategic real estate solutions for clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Independent self-starter with a team attitude.
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with technology to learn new platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, feasibility studies and proformas.
• Underwrite CRE transactions using market data and comps.
• Prepare pitch decks and investment materials for transactions.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets to develop client presentations and financing alternatives.
• Assist in due diligence and drive marketing and closing processes.
• Stay informed on industry developments and regulations to advise clients.
• Review and summarize real estate documents (leases, loan docs, rent rolls, budgets).
• Participate in weekly pipeline and status meetings.
