Job summary

Greystone, a national commercial real estate finance company, seeks an Analyst to join the Insurance Compliance team. You will handle organizational and insurance compliance for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan portfolios in line with policy and agency guidelines.

Essential qualifications include a finance or business degree and at least three years of related experience; strong knowledge of insurance documentation and loan paperwork; proficiency in MS Office; and excellent communication and data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Thorough understanding of loan documentation and agency guidelines for insurance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicing and insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

Review insurance certificates and Acord forms for compliance.
Perform comprehensive compliance reviews with minimal supervision.
Enter property insurance data into servicing system ensuring data integrity.
Process insurance waivers/exceptions/variances with supporting documentation.
Communicate with internal and external clients on insurance payments and inquiries.
Prepare reports related to insurance processing and be familiar with third party reports.
