Job summary

LoopNet, part of CoStar Group, seeks a Sales Executive in St. Louis, MO to partner with owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for property portfolios.

You will prospect, conduct product demonstrations, and advise on frequency, reach and ROI using our analytics tools while building long‑lasting client relationships. The role is on-site with extensive training and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales & account management in CRE or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and strategic marketing.
• Prospect new clients using property data to drive sales and close deals.
• Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to grow revenue.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE market trends.
• Provide exceptional client support with regular communication and insights.
• Schedule regular in-person meetings; travel by car and possibly beyond radius.
