Job summary

Associated Bank is expanding its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team in the Chicago market. The Commercial Loan Administrator will support construction loan monitoring, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and assist the deal team and borrower throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues, manage borrower communications, and verify documentation to fund draws while maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years customer service in a professional office.
• 3+ years experience in commercial or CRE finance, legal documents, accounting, or data systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction loan monitoring for timely, compliant draws.
• Collaborate with services, syndications, agents, title companies and architects.
• Manage borrower communication throughout the draw process.
• Ensure SOP, Loan Policy and regulatory compliance.
• Verify third-party reports, due diligence and lien law requirements.
• Process draws and confirm post-closing items before funding.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and documentation.
