Associated Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to manage the construction loan monitoring process within the CRE division. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and SOPs while supporting the deal team and borrower through the loan lifecycle.

The role covers coordinating draws, reviewing due diligence, and ensuring accuracy across documentation, with collaboration across multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years customer service in a professional office setting.
• 3+ years in commercial/CRE finance, legal documentation, accounting, or data systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee construction loan monitoring for timely, compliant borrower advances.
• Collaborate with loan services, syndications, agents, title companies and others to resolve deal issues.
• Manage borrower communication and provide customer service during the draw process.
• Ensure SOP, policy and regulatory compliance and maintain data integrity.
• Review third-party reports, construction docs, and lien requirements for due diligence.
• Process draws, review due diligence, and confirm post-closing items before funding.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and documents and resolve internal issues.
