Amegy Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Associate for its Commercial Real Estate team in The Woodlands, TX. You will support Loan Officers by managing loan portfolios, handling daily administrative tasks, and coordinating with Treasury Management on customer accounts.

Role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task across loan operations, deposits, and account servicing. Onsite position with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience in banking, loans, loan portfolios, deposits, account servicing or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner; able to process, audit and review client information.

Mansioni

• Support Loan Officers in daily management of loan portfolios.
• Provide daily administrative support for loans, deposits and account servicing.
• Process loan renewals and changes in terms for Loan Officers portfolios.
• Call clients to request current financial statements and verify documents meet bank requirements.
• Open and close accounts, add/delete signers, Notary duties, and manage reporting exceptions.
