Amegy Bank in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team onsite. You will assist loan officers with daily portfolio management and provide administrative support across loans, deposits, and account servicing.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 2+ years in banking, with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Onsite 5 days a week at 4576 Research Forest Dr.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in banking or related area.
• Knowledge of loan operations, documentation, portfolios.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries promptly.
• Ability to process, audit and review client information.
• Ability to create and pull reports.
• Multitask and support multiple priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsabilidades

• Support loan officers in daily management of loan portfolios.
• Provide admin support for loans, deposits, and account servicing.
• Process loan renewals and changes in terms.
• Call clients to request current financial statements.
• Coordinate with Treasury Management on customer accounts.
• Open and close accounts; add/delete signers; notary duties.
• Manage reporting exceptions (collateral, financial, deposits).
• Coordinate with Construction Disbursement Administration on funding requests.
• Assist with loan processing, closing and monitoring.
• Maintain e-files and automated reports; answer questions.
• Other duties as assigned.
