Job summary

JLL in Washington, DC seeks an Associate Broker to support senior brokers with business development, client proposals, and market research. You will participate in JLLU, learn to prepare property books and client presentations, and contribute to transaction support and market analyses.

The ideal candidate has 1–4+ years in CRE or B2B sales, strong analytical skills, and a drive to advance in commercial real estate. This is an on-site role with valuable training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLLU training and participate in the 13‑week program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach.
• Collaborate on proposals, property books, and client presentations.
• Develop materials for clients (lease comps, market overviews, pitches).
• Shadow brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide market/industry information to clients and manage prospect contacts.
• Contribute to local market research requests and quarterly market decks.
• Review financial models, cash flows, and valuation models.
