Qualifications

• University degree with <1 year of experience or equivalent
• Working knowledge of CRE, industry terms, and capital markets
• Proven ability to make accurate and informed decisions
• Strong financial accounting and analysis skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Effective multitasking with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements, loan covenants, market and economic data for securitized CRE to determine impact
• Determine equity risk category and oversee assigned portfolios
• Monitor and report on watch list assets
• Boarding of collateral information and reporting to required parties
• Interact with external parties (rating agencies, servicers, investors) and internal partners
• Assess property inspections for watch lists determinations and escalation
• Provide analytical support to Asset Management as needed
