Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst for the Midland Group's Commercial Real Estate collateral team in Lexington, KY. This role focuses on daily loan servicing, borrower statements review, and risk management across CMBS and agency loans.

The position requires strong financial analysis, attention to detail, and proficient Excel skills, with collaboration across internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus related experience.
• Experience with financial analysis is preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Analyze complex loan agreements to apply terms in servicing activities.
• Review and process loan payments, escrows and reserve disbursements.
• Maintain servicing records and assist with onboarding and tax/insurance admin.
• Produce periodic reporting and covenant compliance testing.
