Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of working in a similar environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
• An interest in commercial real estate with the passion to grow within a company.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgement, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive administrative support to ensure success of multiple brokers and assigned accounts.
• Manage client relationships while acting as a direct line between Beta and the client.
• Draft and review a variety of documents, included but not limited to initiation of projects, market reports, RFPs, RFIs, LOIs, and comparison packages.
• Coordinate property information packages in response to RFIs and RFPs.
• Prepare various reports and presentations for both Beta and the client.
• Update, pull and maintain accurate information in Salesforce and other CRM databases.
• Ensure accuracy of all information collected and distributed internally and externally.
• Research and compile market data such as rent comparisons and sales comparisons.
• Ability to perform dedicated research, analyze data found, and make informed recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
