Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team in the Charlotte, NC area! This person will be critical to the success of a young and growing organization by driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Utilize warm leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• 3-5 years of experience within crawl space repair or related industry
• An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and company growth
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
