Job summary

Konecranes is seeking an Industrial Service Sales Representative for the Charlotte, NC territory. You will sell Overhead Cranes and crane services to new and existing customers to boost safety and productivity, while meeting sales targets and managing service workload.

Required are strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to travel; experience with cranes is a plus. A valid driving record is expected and a company vehicle is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical background preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and travel readiness.
• Experience with cranes is a plus.
• Good driving record and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Sell overhead cranes, retrofits, parts to existing and new customers.
• Meet sales targets and monitor workload of the service department.
• Prepare price estimates for service work using established tools.
• Maintain CRM records and account plans; document activity weekly.
• Develop relationships and conduct annual business reviews with customers.
• Ensure open time slots are filled with sold work; monitor renewals.
