Job summary

Sterling Crane LLC in Midland, TX, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive crane sales and deliver excellent customer service in the Midland area. The role requires 1+ year crane sales experience, high school diploma, and the ability to perform site surveys and prepare timely quotations.

You will develop relationships with customers, manage accounts, and contribute to revenue growth while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Sales Training or relevant crane experience
• Established Accounts Preferred
• 1+ year crane sales experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills
• 3D Lift Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following Sterling safety policies.
• Provide site surveys/join walks to determine crane requirements.
• Provide timely quotations based on site surveys and client requests.
• Communicate requirements to the Dispatcher to ensure successful job completion.
• Maintain exceptional customer relations through effective communication.
• Identify and develop new opportunities and revenue streams.
• Perform due diligence on client credit worthiness and ensure payments are received on terms.
