Sterling Crane USA, part of Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is expanding its Houston-area sales team. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative who can build relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive revenue in a dynamic heavy-lift environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Sales Training or relevant crane experience.
• Established Accounts Preferred.
• 1+ year crane sales experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• 3D Lift Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe working environment by following Sterling safety policies and procedures.
• Provides detailed site surveys / job walks to determine crane requirements.
• Provides timely quotations based on site surveys or client requests.
• Communicates requirements to the Dispatcher to ensure successful job completion.
• Maintains exceptional customer relations through effective communication.
• Ensures customer issues receive prompt responses and follows up on feedback.
• Identifies and develops new opportunities to grow revenue.
• Adheres to company administrative policies (sales calls, quotes, credit checks).
• Performs due diligence on client credit worthiness and ensures payment within terms.
• Demonstrates continuous growth to the company’s revenue year-over-year.
