Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Sales Training or relevant crane experience
• Established Accounts Preferred
• 1+ year crane sales experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills
• 3D Lift Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe working environment and adheres to Sterling safety policies.
• Provides site surveys and determines crane requirements.
• Prepares timely client quotations based on surveys or requests.
• Communicates requirements to Dispatcher to ensure successful job completion.
• Maintains exceptional customer relations through effective communication.
• Ensures customer issues receive prompt responses.
• Seeks customer feedback and informs strategies.
• Identifies and develops new opportunities.
• Adheres to company administrative policies (sales calls, quotes, credit checks).
• Performs due diligence on client creditworthiness and payments.
