Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working environment per Sterling policies.
• Provide site surveys and determine crane requirements.
• Prepare timely quotations based on surveys or requests.
• Communicate requirements to Dispatcher for successful jobs.
• Maintain exceptional customer relations and prompt responses.
• Seek customer feedback and develop new opportunities.
• Adhere to sales processes (calls, quotes, credit checks).
• Ensure payment within terms and conditions.
