Job summary

Bay Crane Companies in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our regional sales team by coordinating crane rentals, scheduling, and project documentation. This role connects customers, field personnel, and internal departments to keep multiple projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in sales coordination, admin support, or customer service; construction/heavy equipment/transport experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crane rentals, transportation logistics, and job scheduling across active projects.
• Schedule crane operators, riggers, support equipment, and transportation resources.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to the sales team and management.
• Assist with fleet utilization, equipment availability, and resource planning.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales reps, dispatchers, operators, and field personnel.
• Prepare and distribute proposals, presentations, and client materials for local and regional accounts.
• Support the sales team with technical and operational information during quoting and planning.
• Track project costs, billing information, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
