What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are completed each shift
• Communicate effectively with others about potential production issues, concerns, and needs
• Perform daily housekeeping duties in the immediate work area
• Troubleshoot work‑related problems using job knowledge and collaborative communication
• Understand start‑up, shutdown, and emergency procedures
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture

What You'll Need

• Work on a rotating shift, which may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
• Ability to work in conditions with extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
