Responsibilities include maintaining safety regulations and operating production equipment. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience with heavy machinery and hydraulic cranes, as well as the ability to lift heavy weights and work in various weather conditions. Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture

What You'll Need

• Ability to change priorities quickly, work effectively under time constraints and contribute to the team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including finger movement, and twisting or pressure involving the wrists/hands
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to stand for duration of shift; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Experience in either recycling or manufacturing environment preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience operating heavy equipment required
• Minimum 1 year experience operating hydraulic cranes required

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
