Responsibilities include diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and maintaining thorough work order documentation in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or crane maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals.
• Proficient with diagnostic software and tools.
• Knowledge of rigging gear and safe handling practices.
• Valid driver’s license; TWIC card required or ability to obtain.
• English reading/writing/speaking; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced inspections and diagnostics on mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, brakes, hubs, drive and steer assemblies.
• Plan and execute complex repairs, including part identification and restoration to OEM specifications.
• Operate and test repaired equipment to confirm compliance with operational standards.
• Complete thorough documentation for all work orders and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical & Crane Support: troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, read schematics, assist with crane maintenance.
• Gear Management: inspect rigging gear for wear, coordinate major repairs, maintain inventory.
• Leadership & Development: mentor Level 1/2 mechanics and train junior team members.
