Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining crane equipment.
• Strong background in electrical, drive train, engines, hydraulics, and computer-controlled systems.
• Travel for extended periods and on-call nights/weekends required.
• Must supply own hand tools and maintain tool inventory for service trucks.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining rough terrain, crawler, and mobile crane equipment and forklifts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Travel to customer sites for crane repairs and servicing.
• Ensure safe and professional communication with customers and team members.
• Read and interpret schematics and manuals; perform lifetime service checks.
