Walter Payton Power Equipment in Lebanon, IN is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative/Crane Specialist to grow our northern and central Indiana territory. The role offers a base salary plus commission and a sign-on bonus opportunity.

You will promote our full range of crane and construction equipment, develop new accounts, visit job sites, and collaborate with field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in crane and/or construction equipment sales and rental is preferred.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus; CRM experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales, rentals, parts and service revenues for the branch.
• Establish new accounts through cold calling and visits to jobsites.
• Present our full range of products and services to customers.
• Collaborate with branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about equipment features and benefits.
