Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crane and equipment rentals and organize inventory.
• Prepare and review rental contracts and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups and demos; answer calls.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records and readiness for delivery.
• Work with sales reps and customers to ensure paperwork and insurance are in place.
• Communicate rental start/end dates with sales and accounting.
