• Facilitate parts orders and requests for sales, service, and procurement.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relations with order updates and estimates.
• Expedite back orders and process returns.
• Enter data for work orders and billing; resolve credits or rebills.
• Pursue new business opportunities through upselling and information sharing.
