Job summary

CraneWorks of Alabama, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch / Inside Sales Associate to coordinate daily with customers and drivers. This role focuses on on-time pickup and delivery of equipment and serves as the main contact for company drivers.

You will dispatch cranes, grow revenue through customer relationships, and collaborate with outside sales to expand the customer base. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Use consistent business processes to achieve results and manage customer contact lists.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to revenue growth.
