The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with no cap on earnings, and support for licensing and training to help you succeed in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities licenses are required. Training is provided if not yet licensed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Good time management and ability to work independently are expected.
• A goal-oriented, driven-to-succeed mindset is important.
• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to Craig County residents and neighbors.
• Review and service an existing book of business from day one.
• Earn base salary plus commissions and performance-based bonuses.
• Participate in licensing training and team development programs.
• Grow earnings through relationships and community engagement.
