Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Agent for our Mechanicsville office. You will help local families, farms and businesses protect what matters most, and your earnings will grow with the relationships you build.

This W-2 role includes an existing book of business, a steady base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. We offer licensing training if needed, robust benefits from day one, and opportunities to travel locally to meet clients.

Formación

• Licenses for Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities are required or training is provided.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Goal-oriented, driven-to-succeed mindset.
• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
