Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Agent for King William County, VA. You will help local families, farms and businesses protect what they’ve built and rely on your ability to grow earnings through commissions based on your relationships with members.

Expect a steady base salary and opportunities for bonuses as you establish yourself with an existing book of business.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty licenses and Life, Health & Annuities licenses. Licensing training materials provided.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good time management and the ability to work independently
• A goal-oriented, driven-to-succeed mindset
• Prior sales experience (any industry) is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Help local families, farms and businesses protect what they’ve worked hard to build.
• Earn commissions through a growing book of business.
• Rely on an existing book of business; base salary plus commissions and performance-based earnings.
• There is no cap on earnings and opportunities for bonuses and trips for top performers.
