Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent for the Craig County office in New Castle, VA. You’ll support local families by protecting homes, land and livelihoods through personalized insurance solutions, while building a book of business and earning commissions.

Average first-year total compensation ranges from $52,000 to $125,000, with a base salary of $37,000 to $52,000. There is no cap on earnings, and licensing training is provided if needed.

• Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities licenses; licensing training provided if not licensed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently.

• Prior sales experience helpful but not required.
