Bechtel is seeking a Labor Relations support professional for a field project in Clay, NY. The role assists the Labor Relations team with research, studies, wage bulletins, and labor plans, ensuring alignment with contracts and laws while supporting staffing forecasts and recruitment efforts.

The position involves coordinating with labor unions, government agencies, and project teams to collect data, prepare reports, and maintain records, contributing to compliant and efficient labor operations

Qualifications

Assists with labor surveys and wage bulletins.
Prepares jobsite labor relations action plans and work rules.
Supports compliance with employment laws and union contracts.
Participates in staffing forecasts and recruiting efforts.
Assists with documentation for government labor and immigration offices.

Responsibilities

Prepares staffing forecasts and assists with recruiting.
Assists with the preparation and submission of required documentation for government labor and immigration offices.
May coordinate national recruiting efforts for individual jobsites.
Documents jurisdictional work assignments. Maintains associated reference lists and files.
Attends meetings with the company's clients, business development, construction and global business units to discuss labor problems and their resolution.
Assists with the development and presentation of Labor Relations training programs.
