Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Workforce Development Supervisor to support the Cheyenne project. You will oversee workforce services operations, manage onboarding, accreditation, and workforce data, and ensure staffing aligns with project requirements.

Collaborating with Labor Relations, Construction, Project Controls, Security, Training, and project leadership, you will drive compliance, training coordination, and workforce readiness to enable successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in workforce services, HR, labor relations, staffing, employee relations, or construction administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct workforce planning and mobilization in support of approved staffing plans and project schedules.
• Oversee onboarding, badging, accreditation, and workforce documentation.
• Develop workforce metrics, reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking tools.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, orientation activities, and workforce training requirements.
• Monitor workforce readiness and compliance with training requirements.
