Job summary

You will provide friendly customer service, help shoppers, manage checkout flow, assist with rewards enrollments, VOC surveys, and handle administrative tasks such as emails and calls while maintaining store standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects, perform face painting and other activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and needs; create backup plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold store cleanliness and safety; set up and tear down.
