Job summary

YaVe Tequila is seeking a Market Manager to expand brand availability and visibility in Austin, TX. You will develop ground-level tactics, build relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, and educate trade partners.

You will work with distributors, present cocktail features, attend events, and drive distribution while hitting KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years beverage sales, a BA or equivalent, and strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in alcoholic beverage sales
• BA degree or equivalent experience
• Well-organized with ability to work independently and in a team
• Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Achieves KPIs monthly by conducting sales presentations and driving new distribution
• Develops target lists and plans routes to maximize coverage
• Engages wholesalers and retailers to execute sales programs
• Attends festivals and tastings to activate the brand in the market
• Sends weekly recap and communicates schedule, challenges, opportunities and wins
