Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing marketing, creative, packaging, or commercialization projects in a CPG environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Production, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with project management software and common productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, scheduling, and execution of marketing and creative projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project timelines, coordinate kickoff meetings, and ensure projects remain on track within scope and budget.
• Serve as the primary cross-functional coordinator across Marketing, Sales, Production, Operations, Hospitality, and Compliance.
