RWDY, Inc. is seeking an experienced Craft Recruiter who understands the industrial workforce and can own projects from start to finish.

This role focuses on sourcing and placing craft professionals across LNG, oil & gas, refinery, and heavy industrial sectors, with a 100% remote setup. You will build strong candidate networks, screen for project-specific qualifications, and collaborate with HR to onboard new hires for major industrial construction projects.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required.
• LNG, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or major industrial project recruiting experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong phone and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit craft professionals across multiple industrial trades.
• Manage multiple open positions and high-volume manpower requests.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and network.
• Conduct phone interviews and screen candidates for qualifications.
• Verify experience, certifications, and project requirements.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified craft candidates.
• Transition selected candidates into pre-employment and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate status and respond quickly to changing needs.

If you know how to find great craft talent, build relationships, and keep up with fast-moving manpower needs, we want to hear from you.Experience recruiting for LNG, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit skilled craft professionals such asPipefitters, Welders, Ironworkers, Millwrights, Electricians, Operators, Laborers, and other industrial trades
• Manage multiple open positions and high-volume manpower requests
• Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, industry contacts, and your existing network
• Conduct phone interviews and properly screen candidates for relevant craft experience and project requirements
• Verify experience, certifications, skills, availability, and other position-specific qualifications
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified craft candidates
• Develop relationships with craft professionals and maintain an active candidate network for future projects
• Maintain consistent candidate follow-up from initial contact through selection
• Work closely with HR to transition selected candidates into pre-employment and onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate status
• Respond quickly as project manpower needs and priorities change

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Comfortable spending a significant part of the day communicating with candidates by phone, text, and email
