Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events in-store (including kids’ parties) and craft classes.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and checkout.
• Assist with event add-ons, decorations, and party materials.
• Communicate event details with clients and store team; follow SOPs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and merchandise recovery.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and inventory tasks.
