Job summary

The Brass Tap is hiring for full-time and part-time kitchen team members who prep, cook, and plate menu items in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $15 per hour, with potential to adjust higher for experienced applicants.

Candidates should be able to read tickets and recipes in English and work weekends/holidays. Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, maintaining clean equipment, and supporting a collaborative team that delivers quality dishes to guests across a busy

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
