Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group in the Phoenix area is seeking a dedicated Bartender/Server to deliver beverage and food service at the property’s restaurant and events. You will craft cocktails, describe menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have hotel or resort experience, be at least 18, and capable of multi-tasking during AM, PM, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort food and beverage service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work AM, PM, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft craft cocktails and beverages to guest specifications.
• Describe all bar items, prep methods and prices.
• Maintain knowledge of bar/menu items.
• Assist guests with dietary needs and special requests.
• Suggest additional menu items to increase revenue.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Perform pre/post-shift side work and setup.
• Cash handling and balance at shift end.
