Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group seeks a Bartender/Server to provide exceptional beverage service and guest experiences at our restaurant and events in Arizona. You will curate craft cocktails, describe bar items, and maintain knowledge of all menu offerings while delivering prompt, courteous service.

Ideal candidates have hotel/resort experience, a Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain one within 30 days, and strong multitasking and communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel/resort environment preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
• Responsible Beverage Certified (TiPS) preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Curates craft cocktails and beverages to guest specifications.
• Describe all bar items, methods of preparation, and prices as needed.
• Must have extensive knowledge of all bar/menu items.
• Perform proper shaking, mixing, and stirring using bar tools.
• Assist guests with special requests and dietary needs.
• Utilize suggestive selling to maximize beverage revenues.
• Serve items promptly and courteously; handle cash and balance at shift end.
