Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• POS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment is required.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.
• Must have attention for detail, and a passion for serving Guests.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend/reach/repeat moves.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily with inventory and supplies.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Prepare and present drinks per standard recipes.
• Practice prudent portion control while pouring beverages.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Maintain clean work areas and properly store equipment.
