Job summary

Silver Ventures is seeking a bartender passionate about crafting classic and creative cocktails while delivering exceptional service. You will personalize guest interactions and uphold professional standards in line with state liquor regulations.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, greeting guests, preparing drinks, handling POS transactions, and maintaining cleanliness. Two years in a high-volume bar/restaurant and valid TABC/Food Handler certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications required prior to employment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily with stocked beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and tools according to procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver a welcoming, memorable experience.
• Prepare and present beverages following standard recipes and portion guidelines.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and properly store tools and supplies.
• Comply with federal, state, and company alcohol service regulations; verify IDs as needed.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory during shifts.
• Build rapport with regular guests and promote beverages.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
