Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• POS (cash register) and card processing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed per uniform standards.
• Attention to detail and passion for serving guests.
• Positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Physical: stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handling repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup of the bar daily and stock beer, wine, and spirits.
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare and present drinks per standard recipes.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and proper storage of equipment.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Check IDs to prevent underage drinking and ensure compliance with laws.
• Restock bar inventory and replenish supplies.
• Take and serve food orders for bar guests.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and guests.
