Loverboy is seeking a Bartender to craft traditional and innovative cocktails and provide personalized guest service. You will uphold liquor regulations and maintain bar operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Role requires 18+, TABC and Food Handlers certs, 2+ years in a high-volume setting, and strong customer service and communication skills. Regular part-time position in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required.
• POS and credit/debit card processing proficiency.
• Punctual and reliable attendance required.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed per uniform standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily and stock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies according to policies.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and present drinks per standard recipes.
• Operate POS and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure compliance with laws.
• Check IDs to enforce liquor laws.
• Take and serve food orders at the bar.
• Restock bar inventory and learn regular guests' names.
