Job summary

The Cambria Hotel Downtown Detroit is expanding and seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team. This role requires an extremely friendly, organized individual who can deliver exceptional craft cocktails in a fast-paced bar environment.

You will mix, garnish and serve drinks, manage POS orders, maintain a clean station, and provide attentive guest service. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior bartending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually in full uniform.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Know spirits, beer, wine and house recipes; welcome guests within 90 seconds.
• Mix, garnish and serve drinks per standard recipes; enter orders into POS and handle payments.
• Assist with food service as needed; prep work and inventory tasks; weekend/holiday availability.
