Qualifications

• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet Michigan legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout each shift.
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Accurately process drink orders, handle cash, and operate POS systems.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning.
